Does OpenBsw Provide native support for the SOME/IP protocol? #450

Description

@Aabhash23

Im evaluating OpenBsw for integration into my automotive Ethernet stack and need clarification on its networking capabilities. Specifically, we would like to know whether OpenBsw includes native support for the Service‑Oriented Middleware over IP (SOME/IP) protocol, or if any example/reference implementations exist that demonstrate its usage.

Questions:

Native Support – Is there an out‑of‑the‑box SOME/IP stack (client, server, or both) included in OpenBsw?
Configuration – If supported, which configuration files / build options enable the protocol? (e.g., someip.cfg, CMake flags, etc.)
Documentation & Examples – Are there any design documents, API references, or sample projects that illustrate how to integrate SOME/IP with OpenBsw?
Version Information – From which release (or commit) is SOME/IP support available, if at all?
Alternative Recommendations – If OpenBsw does not currently support SOME/IP, could you recommend an officially‑supported library or a migration path that works well with OpenBsw?

If you need any additional details to answer the above questions, please let me know.
