Programmatic SPARQL access and federation

Hello,

I noticed that the SPARQL endpoint https://query.linkedopendata.eu/sparql returns error 403 when I try to send a query to it from a Colab notebook or when running a federated query from Wikidata. Is this intentional? Is there some kind of anti-bot protection in place that prevents external queries to the endpoint?
