Support for TMR alongside Hall for Magnetic Sensors

TMR sensors such as:

• TMR2617S
• TMR2615x

Should be added with proper relative positioning to supported magnetic switches for footprints.

TMR2617S is a vertically oriented sensor and should not need any offset. Pinout wise it can be used on SW_MX_HE symbol/footprint combo as far as I am aware.

I have no idea how much offset would be needed for TMR2615x and am not sufficiently interested in using those sensors to run trials - I am open for pull requests with some experiments or info to back up the positioning though.

Yeah it's irritating to do. I'm trying to work on it in my own time and will contribute when complete but I wouldn't expect something soon. Just to double check what kind of experimental info do you want? SNR of linear motion to detected voltage? The issue is that results would change with the kind of magnetic key used and the locations would be too multi-variable to really have easy reproducibility for position. Or is this just experimental data that it works?

Once again this isn't likely to be done soon but if I get to it I'd want to know the format you expect for results
