Thumbnail does not render

I'm trying to generate an animation of land-cover change for the DC Metro area. As a test, I tried Start Year: 2020/End Year: 2024 for an area near Dulles Airport. When trying to generate the animation, I see the message "Generating Thumbnail" for a split second. The animation, however, fails to render. Is this a pop-up blocker issue or is something else causing the thumbnail to fail? Any help appreciate. Picture attached.

That app relies on this EE script (Learn more about ee-lcb), which uses Landsat Collection 1 imagery, which is no longer available in Earth Engine. I would like fix it, but it is very low on my priority list and the list keeps growing with higher priority tasks. Probably, we should comment out the code and add a note to the app that it is currently not operational.
