retiling with strange behaviour of n_tiles_side parameter in Laserfarm tutorial

Something weird is going on with the retiling. n_tiles_side should specify the number of tiles per side, so that the result of n_tiles_side = 2 would be 4 tiles, 2 in x by 2 in y. This is also essential, as the division scheme is built on powers of 2 (albeit that this could be modified).

This is caused by the fact that there are points outside the boudary.
