Reproducibility with Dyno

I used dyno in my analysis, however, I've discovered that I cannot knit my project because infer_trajectory() requires a prompt (one for wrapper vs container and one for installation approval). Additionally, you cannot refuse to download the suggested package.

Is there a way to download the suggested package, in this case tislingshot(), in the environment beforehand and pre-select using R-wrapper. That way I can have version control and knit the Rmarkdown file.
