Enable query based auto-assignment rules on group settings

Currently we can set some values on groups to define the assignment logic for easy mappings with 1 or 2 requirements:

It gets tricky when you have multiple complex rules. When you have complex logic per group.

Ideally we would create different shared queries, and then map a specific query to a specific group. So on the group settings there would be the possibility to link a query.

This makes it way easier than the current method where there is no easy way to work with complex logic per group.
