Trade confirmation Issue

Hi everyone,

Has anyone else experienced issues with trade confirmations via the CLI? I've set up multiple accounts with steamguard-cli, and for a few days now, I keep getting the same error whenever I try to accept trades:

WARN submit confirmation result: Remote failure: Valve's server responded with a failure and did not elaborate any further. This is likely not a steamguard-cli bug, Steam's confirmation API is just unreliable. Wait a bit and try again.
