Hi, did anyone get frozen by steam cuz it thinks stuff got traded away and someone trying to hijack account but in fact it shows my home location and IP address? It happened to me twice already first time by using SDA 2 months ago and now after i confirmed a trade by this app. I thought SDA was really outdated so i moved to steamguard-cli but after using it for 1-2 months i got falsely temp blocked by steam again. What triggers this? |

Steam's anti fraud/account safety protections are an enigma. I would recommend reaching out to steam support, but tbh they are going to tell you to use the official steam mobile app (which I also recommend you use as well). steamguard-cli uses the same APIs as the mobile app to perform the same actions. It acts as a legitimate client as much as possible. |
