External links sometimes flagged as 404 because bots are blocked #2
Description
Occasionally a website blocks automated requests from a bot application. Hyperhawk already uses a specific agent and more to mask its an app. But still not all websites accept the request, even though it's an existing url.
Try and find a fix so that those links aren't false flags in every PR.
