AuditPolicyDsc: add resources for Local Policies/Audit Policy management.

Hello
Is it possible to add supporting Local Policies/Audit Policy management too, please?

I try to find any resource which provides the ability to change:

1. For Audit account logon events set Success and Failure options;
2. For Audit logon events set Success and Failure options.

But haven't found any resource.
