SmartPaste returns the form information not the data

This occasionally happens with gtp-4.1-nano-global

It does not seem to be reproducible by anything I can control.

I also used gpt-3.5-turbo as suggested in the docs, and it seems to work reliably.

I think the 3.5 model might be retired in future so I was testing later models
