Detect createdump collected dumps in SOS

Background and Motivation

System dumps don't contain all needed memory and it's not obvious. When running SOS commands, these might crash or work in unexpected ways, depending on the application's target OS.

Proposed Feature

Warn the user about non-createdump collected dumps by detecting the custom diagnostic page added to the dump.
