How do you automatically update the live channels

I’m copying the link and adding it to a Iptv player like iptv smarters
But i don’t know if i have to wait for tonight to see who is playing (ie nba, mlb etc)

Some of the sites I scrape from would provide a link that wouldn't work until it's near the time of the sporting event

And for the other sites, I'd scrape a link during the actual event time so it has a higher chance of working

I'd just refresh the playlist closer to whenever the game is about to start/has already started
