How to tile across monitors?

Good afternoon, I know this is possibly a niche use case, but I'm wondering if it's possible to use the "span multiple tiles" function (or something similar) to span a window across two different monitors.

Context: the remote access software I use for work (Citrix workspace) can detect when the window is stretched across multiple monitors, and updates its behavior accordingly.

I have a Portrait monitor next to an ultra-wide landscape monitor, and I'd like to do a tiling config that uses half of the Landscape monitor and the whole Portrait monitor. However, holding the configured "span multiple tiles" button doesn't allow spanning tiles across monitors, it seems that the app must be totally on one monitor or the other.

Is there something I'm missing here, or is this currently unsupported?
