Secrets without Docker Desktop

Hi all,

I don't use Docker Desktop, so I've installed this manually.
It appears to work, but can't use MCP servers with secrets:

➜ docker mcp secret ls
docker pass has not been installed

In ~/.docker/config.json, I have "credsStore": "osxkeychain", and don't know what docker pass is.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Should this work without Docker Desktop?
