Subject: [PATCH] fix(manifest): surfaces 'gui' -> 'ui' (ellmos.module.v2
 schema enum)

The module schema allows library, cli, service, ui, workflow, skill, dataset,
template, mcp-adapter; 'gui' is invalid and made build_catalog.py fail
(surfaces/2). llm-note's GUI is a local web interface (llm_note/gui.py,
http.server), i.e. the 'ui' surface. Only this value changes.
