[Feature Request] Right-justify directory names to improve readability

Thanks for this super-fantastic plugin!

File names and directory names could both be more readable (when quickly scanning with the eye) if there was more negative space between them. For example, an option to right justify the directory names:

Certainly a low priority, but wanted to share the idea in case it's of interest. Thanks again!

[triage-bot] FEATURE REQUEST: Display-format change in lua/fff/picker_ui.lua rendering. Maintainer already weighed in (prefer config toggle for alt format like dir/filename). Scope is small (config + render branch), but design choice still open. Awaiting maintainer direction before any PR — implementing on speculation risks wrong UX.

[triage-bot] DIRECTED: Prototype PR #516. Adds layout.dir_position = 'left' | 'right' (default 'left', no behavior change). Right mode pads filename→dir so directory column right-aligns within list area. Single new snapshot dir_position---right; existing snapshots unchanged.
