@gustav-fff fix this - the cursor line should stay at the exact match position it should not move with the preview - highlighteed line should always display the match

2nd step: we should highlight ALL THE MATCHES within a file - if there are many matchees within file it should hihglight all of them both in fuzzy and exact match mode (based on the byte offset)

Replaces nvim_win_set_cursor + zt in preview.scroll() with winrestview({ topline }) so cursor stays parked on match line while viewport scrolls. Step 2: every match in previewed file now highlighted simultaneously. picker_ui collects matches sharing relative_path into location.file_matches; location_utils paints each via ripgrep byte offsets — same path for plain, regex, fuzzy. lua/fff/picker_ui.lua:1443, lua/fff/location_utils.lua:152.
