comments not appearing

I have a comment on my site https://healthable.org/former-police-chief-brian-paddick-opens-up-about-ex-boyfriends-death-from-drug-overdose/ but disqus is not showing up on disqus.

Now i see why my comments where duplicated and i lost all the comments i have gotten over the last 6yrs
