sanity-test should test write/read to each bucket in addition to credentials validity

I'm suspicious that networking might allow access to Amazon API to verify credentials/access, but might block actual read/write. Similarly, perhaps provided credentials aren't correctly configured to actually read/write to buckets. Fail fast by checking.
