Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute 'setItem' on 'Storage'

• What version of Chrome?

• What version of Recorder's Assistant (GitHub version or Chrome Store version)?
  GitHub
• What steps will reproduce the issue?
  Have a lot of tabs open and run the Recorder's Assistant, or just add a lot of subgoals and actions.
• What would you expect to be the outcome?
  The error comes from simply running out of local storage, so I expect the fix isn't easy. Perhaps dumping to CSV partially? Creating a more robust API? Or just putting a warning at the beginning saying close your tabs.
• Any additional details/screenshots to help people to fix any potential bugs?
