"Edit subgoal name" does not change the subgoal name

• What version of Recorder's Assistant (GitHub version or Chrome Store version)?

• What steps will reproduce the issue?
  Create a subgoal and then click "Edit subgoal name". The name will change on the current display, but will not change in the sidebar or in Local Storage / the CSV.
• What would you expect to be the outcome?
  The name should change every place it is displayed and stored.
• Any additional details/screenshots to help people to fix any potential bugs?
