chore: remove react-app-router-rsc app and fix type issues

- Delete the entire react-app-router-rsc application as it is no longer needed
- Fix TypeScript compilation error in react/query package by enabling declaration output
- Fix type conflict in remix runtime by adding a safe redirect init type
- Add FormData type guard in remix action handlers to prevent runtime errors
- Correct project.json structure for react-app-spa by moving lint target
