Remote Climate Control, Refresh Data and Read Configuration timeout, but telemetry still works

Hello,
I have a Nissan Leaf AZE0 (2014) configured with OpenCARWINGS and a Hologram SIM.
The system was working correctly before. I did not change any settings when the problem started.
What still works
Vehicle GPS location is updated.
Charging events are reported correctly.
When I unplug the vehicle after charging, OpenCARWINGS receives the updated battery percentage and charging status.
CarWings/NissanConnect services from the head unit work normally (for example, updating charging station information).
Hologram shows regular incoming SMS messages to the TCU.
Hologram shows regular data sessions from the vehicle.
What does not work
Refresh Data always times out after 5 minutes.
Read Configuration always times out after 5 minutes.
A/C On / Remote Climate Control always times out after 5 minutes.
Battery state of charge is not refreshed on demand.
Troubleshooting already performed
Removed and re-added the vehicle in OpenCARWINGS.
Created a new vehicle entry with a different name.
Re-entered all IDs.
Reset the vehicle 12V battery.
Reset the Nissan head unit/navigation system.
Tested with and without "Skip authentication from TCU".

Additional observations
The vehicle continues to send telemetry data. GPS location, charging events and automatic status updates after charging are received correctly. The issue only affects commands that require remote interaction, such as Refresh Data, Read Configuration and Remote Climate Control.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Only difference is that my dot is yellow and "status"/map seems to be updated once or twice per day - mostly while driving...

Yes, map updating when driving, but not SOH. Dot is yellow or green.

Hi. I managed to restore the connection by 1. Removing 20A fuse from small fuse box under the bonnet for few min 2. Activating security settings in carwings settings.

This fuse? I once had a similar situation, and disconnecting the 12V battery for a few minutes helped. I did the same this time, but it didn't help. Strangely enough, two days ago, it started working fine for a few hours, then stopped again without any intervention.

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. After turning off/on the fuse and starting the car, the car wings icon disappeared. After restarting the car, it reappeared and I did the security settings. The car registered correctly. Only the map status updated again. I still get timeout errors. No % soh updates.
