GitHub 对 stargazer API 的限制导致当前的 Star History 图表无法正常加载。将 README 与 README.en 中的图表链接切换到替代服务 star-history.dera.page，其使用无需 API token 的数据源，API 与前端共用同一域名，图表可正常显示。
