2.get the chars for img: genCarPlate.py ln22 gen_plate_string

I already tried that, but How can I generate images with a white template instead blue, with black color chars?

I have upload a white plate template
what you need to do:
1. modify to load white template line 7 in genCarPlate.py: TEMPLATE_IMAGE = "./template/template.bmp"
2. comment the code line 49 in genCarPlate.py: fg = cv2.bitwise_not(fg) # 得到黑底白字

then you can gen white template with black color chars
to get more beautiful one, need to modify the function random_scene()
