Repo list is broken with to long repo description

Maybe the text should be truncated.

Hey @mpscholten , you're right... I don't really like the way the list looks like right now... I'll either truncate the text or try a different layout.. any suggrestions?

I actually like the layout. My suggestion would be like this:
(more width, and the buttons are floating to the left)

Line 36 of lfpr/app/Developer/show.html.php was already truncating published repos' descriptions at 90 characters; I've sent in a pull request to do likewise for unpublished repos so as not to break the existing design.
