Hi guys,

I think it would be useful to have a file which lists the versions of each packages used in the book, e.g. Numpy, Keras, etc., as well as the version of deepchem itself. I think it would help a lot with dependency debugging.

This is a reasonable ask but none of the authors have the bandwidth to pull this together right now. If anyone is interested in contributing it, I would be very happy to merge this though!
