Please use xdg-open instead of BrowserLauncher

there was a suggestion by a Debian Developer to replace the Java solution BrowserLauncher by xdg-open. Please consider the attached patch.

Hi,
in the discussion about the buggy Debian package some even better solution came up. Please rather use the JDK API for launching the browser instead.
