Feature Request: I want to change kerning of text in obs-textml.

I would like the ability to change not only the vertical letter spacing, but also the horizontal letter spacing.
Especially in the Kanji sphere, we often use wider letter spacing to make letters easier to read and narrower letter spacing to truncate them.
