Move contents of repository into rust/src/etc

It seems that most editors have their syntax support in rust/src/etc. This allows them to be kept up to date when doing find/replace syntax alterations. Perhaps we should consider moving the contents of this repository into there?

One issue would be continued support for Package Control. Maybe we could consider doing a mirror of the directory using a daily cron job. This is what rust.vim does to allow for vundle and Pathogen support in Vim.

I'm happy to have that happen, and I'll give commit access to anyone who wants to set up that cron job, but I don't want to maintain it. I'm currently trying to give up maintainership of this already (I don't use sublime text anymore, and haven't for months), so I don't want to take on more stuff!

Are you still looking for someone to take over maintaining sublime-rust? I'm using Sublime Text and Rust and would be happy to do it.

@jhasse Yes, definitely. The main issue previously (it doesn't look so bad now) was changing where the repository in https://github.com/wbond/package_control_channel pointed to - so if you fork this repository, you can open a pull request there to change it to your fork (and you can point to this comment to say that I am okay with that!). In the meantime, I can give you write access to this repository, if you'd like.

Oh, hmm. It looks like things might be more federated now - shows how little I know about sublime anymore. Anyway, I'm happy for you to replace the reference to this repository wherever it now lives, and also give you write access to this one in the meantime.

I don't need write access atm, since I only have some highlight changes for Sublime Text 3 which can wait.

Wow that was fast :) I guess the only other thing is change the reference in the rust docs. In the meantime I'll mark this repo as deprecated and put a link to the new one.
