How can I scroll the viewport by dragging a window's titlebar with the mouse (with no modifer keys)?

While using certain mouse-focussed applications, I've been using $mod + middle mouse button to scroll the entire viewport horizontally. Is it possible to achive the same by dragging the titlebar of a tiled window with the right mouse button (without holding $mod)?

I've been looking at the scroll tutorial, specifically at the Touchpad Gestures section (where I learned about such a feature), and also man 5 scroll, but I couldn't find a way to create such a mapping with bindsym.

That is not possible. The way to scroll the viewport is what you mentioned, moving the mouse while pressing $mod+MMB. When you drag the title bar, you move the window, that is to locate it in other position withing the layout, not just to scroll it.
