center windows if less width than screen

first of all, if this already exists, just close,

niri has that feature that centers the column if it is the only one on the workspace.
i think that would be cool, though i guess it would be cooler if it would do it as long as the total width of all columns is less than the width of the screen.

By default, if there is just one column, it will be centered.

If there are more than one column, there is set_mode which lets you use center_horiz to always center the active column, regardless of the number of columns.

If you want something more advanced, like center depending on the width of the other windows, you can use Lua scripts to achieve it, like this one, this one or this one
