[Enhancement] In-app product support

Let's add a "help" option to the fly out menu that lets the user ask a question about how to use the app. The feature should only answer questions about the app experience (protect from injection attacks).

What knowledge graph about the app features and user experience should be created to be able to best provide support to a user of the app? Build that in addition to the feature. Use IChatClient and Microsoft.Maui.Essentials.AI to answer these requests for help.
