Lookup by Radius - 96001

Hi, I'm having an issue where the lookup by radius does not return 96001 in the result set when trying to find zip codes within the range of 96001, regardless of the radius's size. 

For example, if I try to get all the radii within 50 miles of 96001,  96001 isn't included in the results.

Could someone provide more information about why this is happening? Thank you.
