Subject: [PATCH 2/2] fix: Install yarn in the Node 26 backend image

Node 26 images ship neither yarn nor corepack, so the backend image build
failed at yarn install with exit 127 and kind-e2e went red.

Key features/changes:
- Install yarn 1.22.22 with npm in the build and runtime stages, the
  launcher Node 24 images bundled; it hands off to the pinned yarnPath
  release, so installs still run on Yarn 4.13.0
