Some things remaining to do for the MCA directory

• make "meet the neighbors" links functional
• add zip code search plus search radius
• redo sloppy geocoding
• add email/phone fields for individual locations within an organization, see no easy way to assign contact information to individual locations in an organization stonesoup#10
• show reasonable locations for organizations in /org_types/... pages, see organizations listed in org_type/sector/... pages use random location stonesoup#11
• add "index" items as something that can be filtered in advanced search
• put site updates from google doc to rails site on automatic
• support lat/long columns in spreadsheet, overriding geocoding when necessary
