Some minors adjustments to this layout

First off, many thanks for your work. Also, this layout have some things to fix:

1 - Cedilla doesn't work. When I press ´+C shows ć instead ç.
2 - I don't have the ' on layout. When I try to write doesn't, I get doesn´t instead doesn**'**t
3 - I need press the key two times to get the ¨ or ´

I do agree with the last comment.
- Ç is indeed missing, though I can use pressing alt + ,
- " and ' are difficult to use also
- the rest is working fine on my tab s7. Thanks for the excellent work!

Implementing this issue from the issue would make everything perfect.

I was able to change the layout a little bit to fit my needs. Now I press Right ALT + C to make a ç. This works for me. If you could make a new package to alter the layout to fit the above messages, it would be fantastic! Thanks for your effort and let me know if you need any help.

same here: the behaviour of the quote dead key is not standard.
Since the maintener of the repo is not responding, someone need to fork it I guess ?
