ffmpeg 8.1 now available on synocommunity

Just an FYI as I've released a bunch of updated ffmpeg updates recently, version 8.1 is now stable.

One are of change, there no longer is a /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg symlink, they now all have version attached to it such as /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg8

With version 7.1 I had to clean the option sended by VideoStation called "hls_seek_time", do you know how I can change this option in order to compatibilize with 7.1?

I had to remove that patch that i was maintaining ported from old old ffmpeg 3.x

Didn't thought it was still relevant. Let me see if i can revive it.. that will take me a few days as on something else atm.

I created a first round of test packages, not fully complete yet as I have other tests to do and changing the actual package version. But it would be ready for testing SynoCommunity/spksrc#7301

Still waiting for someone to actually test packages from my pull request link above to confirm fix does work.

It looks like It's working fine for the moment with this HLS_SEEK_TIME added.
