Add 'tiddlymap' plugin

Spaceport is meant to be shipped with tiddlymap pre-installed and enabled for all wikis.

Steps

• Install tiddlymap and dependencies into plugins folder as described in https://github.com/felixhayashi/TW5-TiddlyMap
  Min. compatible version is 0.17.14 fixing Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'fields') felixhayashi/TW5-TiddlyMap#432 that is triggered for any wiki excep the rootWiki
• Pre-configure settings that come with the Welcome dialog that is triggered when clicking on Map the first time.
• Surpress the Welcome dialog of tiddlymap
• Pre-configure tw and tiddlymap settings as necessary.

• Re-Configure the 'default view' to something useful since it cant be deleted
