lack of explanation with details in the readme

First of all thank you for doing this project, but I would like you to explain in detail how to make libadalang work with nvim. I would really appreciate it if you put up a "getting started" section. On the other hand, the installation of libadalang through python bindings is confusing, in the libadalang repository they do not specify how to install correctly with python and achieve highlighting through libadalang.

I have managed to place the commands in my nvim environment, nvim recognizes the commands but when calling the function it gives as result: unknown function.
