QAM: Sync button should scroll to top of status section

Problem

When navigating to the Sync button from buttons further down in the QAM panel, the status section at the top is not fully visible. The user has to manually scroll up to see sync progress/status.

Expected Behavior

Selecting the Sync button in the main QAM menu should automatically scroll the QAM panel all the way to the top, so the status section is fully visible.

Possible Solutions

1. Scroll to top on Sync button focus — same pattern used on the game detail page when the Play button is selected
2. Make the status section itself focusable/selectable — so gamepad navigation naturally includes it
