clumping speed up #56
Description
could speed up clumping maybe by using ld-snps with just the snps you are interested in.
At the moment, all snps in ld with the middle snp are calculated and then we subset to those we care about and meet the r2 threshold.
This may not work though because by the way the documentation is written, it seems that this won't restrict to pairs but merely change the first snp. Will need to test.
