Subject: [PATCH] fix(site): replace Claude logo with Simple Icons starburst
 mark

Swap the homemade C / Anthropic A glyph for the official Simple Icons
claude slug (starburst/pinwheel). Bump ?v=20260904-claude on all
claude.svg references for CF cache bust.
