You should be using tensorflow==1.12.0 and Keras==2.2.4

To make sure you have the correct packages and versions, please follow the installation instructions on the README of this GitHub repo: https://github.com/cwfparsonson/AMLS_II - this will automatically setup the correct package versions in requirements.txt for you.
