Subject: [PATCH 1/2] fix: drop the tools array from the .mcpb manifest

Smithery rejects a bundle that declares tools as {name, description}, which is
the only shape the mcpb packer accepts — it refuses inputSchema outright. The
two validators disagree, so the field has to go; it is optional metadata and
the tool list is discovered at runtime anyway.

Without it the bundle publishes clean:
