Animation Glitch on Lists page

On the lists page, hovering your mouse over the different data structures buttons causes a lot of glitching. I've attached a video below. As I see it, there are three issues:

1. shrinking button display when you hover near the buttons
2. changing button sizes as you hover between them
3. buttons remain small after hovering over them.

I have not inspected further yet, but assume the issue is related to how the new animations are encoded, possibly by pixel which is messing up in this sub-menu.
