Self Host Static Assets

Hi Harry
I read your article on above with great interest. Although I am not an expert developer I understand enough to get me through.
Question ; You gave an example of  a script that you might like to link to (jquery) and I have some of these in my web site.
How do I actually write the HTML to self host such a script?
