drop downs on the demo application

Hi guys

Thanks for a great product, I am looking for some help on dropdown form elements, something seems to have gone wrong and I am not sure what to do here.

If you look at the demo pages they are also not working.

I get a simlar issue when adding the form dropdown on my application

I would appreciate some help on this one
